About FieldClients
FieldClients does one thing: signal-based B2B leads for US field service companies. We read the public record every day, match each signal to the account behind it, and route each lead to a single member. Seats are capped per trade and market.
The thesis: the public record moves first
Before a building hires a contractor, something happens on paper. A violation opens. A permit is filed. A registration changes hands. Those events are public, dated, and specific to one building and one account, and they land days or weeks before anyone starts collecting quotes. FieldClients exists because almost nobody reads that paper trail, and the few who do win the account before the race starts.
The machine
The machines read registries, permit filings, violation records, and complaint data every day. Each signal is matched to the account behind it, the management company, owner, or operator, with portfolio size and building profile attached. Enrichment finds the decision-maker and verifies the email before anything ships. People check the matching and the routing, because getting the right lead to the right member is the whole product. FieldClients is built by a team that has spent years building revenue and data automation for US service businesses; we build lead machinery for a living, and this is the one we rent out.
How members are served
Each market holds a capped number of seats per trade, set by how many signals the market actually produces; when a market is full, we stop selling it. Every lead routes to exactly one member, matched to territory, segment, and job profile. Members also share the market-intelligence layer, the who-manages-what research base, while the leads themselves are never shared. Membership is month-to-month because we would rather earn it every month than hold anyone to a contract.
