High-value B2B leads for field service companies. Exclusive, and signal-based.
Your next client just filed paperwork, be the first to call. Management companies, building owners, and businesses, not homeowners. We monitor public records daily, match every permit, registration, and violation to the account behind it, and route each lead to exactly one member. Markets are capped; your competitors never see your leads.
HVAC · Masonry · Security & CCTV · Waste & recycling · Fire protection · Plumbing · Electrical · Roofing
From public record to a client-sized lead
The machine runs daily. You get accounts that need your trade, with verified contacts and a documented, dated reason to reach out. You're not working a list; you're showing up because something just happened to their building.
Watch the sources
We scan government registries, permit filings, violation records, and complaint data for your market. Every day, automatically.
Find the account
Each signal is matched to the business behind it, the managing agent, owner, or operator, with portfolio size and building profile attached.
Verify the contact
Cascading enrichment finds the decision-maker and verifies how to reach them: a verified decision-maker email on every lead, and a company phone where listed.
One lead, one member
Every lead is routed to a single member, matched to your territory, segment, and job preferences. Nobody else in your market receives it.
Capped markets. Routed leads.
Each market holds a limited number of members per trade, set by how many signals the market actually produces. Members share the market intelligence. Leads are never shared: each one is routed to exactly one member, matched by territory and job fit.
Membership caps are set by signal volume, bigger markets hold more members, smaller markets fewer. Your trade or market not listed? Ask, new machines take 2–3 weeks to stand up.
Leads are never shared
A lead five companies received isn't a lead. It's a race you already lost. Every lead goes to one member. Full stop.
Routed by fit, not luck
Your membership profile defines your boroughs, segments, and job types. Residential walk-ups go to the residential member; the commercial tower goes to the commercial one.
Yours while you hold it
Membership is month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Cancel, and your seat, and your share of the leads, opens to the next company in line.
One plan. Account-sized math.

Fair questions
What exactly is a "signal"?
A public, dated event that predicts a purchase in your trade. A heat violation opened against a building. A new managing agent registered on a portfolio. A demolition permit issued. A boiler passing the 20-year mark. Each one means a business needs a contractor, soon, and most of your competitors never see it.
What makes these different from a purchased list?
Nobody filled out a form, and it's not a list either. Every lead carries a public, dated event that just happened to that building or business: a documented reason to call. That reason is why signal-based outreach converts several times better than list-based outreach.
Do leads include phone numbers?
Every lead ships with a verified decision-maker email. Where a company phone is listed in public or business records, it's included. Personal direct dials are rare in this world and we don't pretend otherwise: email plus the account context is how the first touch usually lands; the phone is there when it exists.
Where does the data come from?
Government open-data sources: housing and rental registries, building department permit filings, code violation records, complaint databases, equipment and energy compliance filings, and state business registries. All public, all legal, the edge is in monitoring them daily, joining them together, and turning them into an account you can call.
If there are several members in my market, do we get the same leads?
No. That's the point of routing. Members share the market intelligence base (the who-manages-what research layer). Time-sensitive leads are routed to exactly one member each, matched to territory, segment, and job preferences set in your membership profile. Two members in the same market never receive the same lead.
Can I lock out my entire market?
Yes. A full market buyout. Every seat in your trade and market, all leads routed to you, is available on request, with a term commitment. Pricing on request.
What if my city or trade isn't listed?
Ask. Data source coverage varies by city and state, so we vet each new market first. If the records exist, a new machine takes two to three weeks to stand up. There is no setup fee, and no charge for standing up a new market: your first month covers it.
Do you guarantee results?
We guarantee the feed: fresh signals, verified contacts, leads routed to you alone. Membership is month-to-month, so you can judge lead quality on your own market and walk away any time the leads aren't worth working.
Who is behind this?
FieldClients is built by a team that has spent years building revenue and data automation for US service businesses. We build lead machinery for a living; this is the one we rent out.
The paperwork is already public. Somebody will call first.
Check whether your trade and market still have open seats. When a market fills, your competitors are locked out.
